Get Connected is designed to help individuals get connected to REAL PEOPLE in REAL TIME and in their OWN REAL lives! It’s a call to action to get involved, with other people, places and events. We will highlight ideas, people, with coaching tools while giving you confidence to jump out there and to create change!

As a mom whose child was diagnosed with SPD, ADHD, etc, my family lived in an isolated world of frustration. We lived with stress daily. The road to healing came by changing our lifestyle & our lives started to change. I was blessed to have friends come & surround me with their support, prayers, advice & even the tough love approach of “SNAP OUT OF IT”. Finally, the saving grace of getting connected to other people, and getting back to helping others do the same, our lives took on a richer, deeper meaning.
